This website is operated by LandTuff™. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to LandTuff™ and its parent/legal operating company. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service, including any additional terms, conditions, policies, and notices referenced here or available by hyperlink.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service, our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and any product-specific terms listed on the applicable product page.

  1. Legal Seller

LandTuff™ is a brand operated by Penn Welding. LandTuff™ sells skid steer attachments, equipment, replacement parts, and related products. All purchases are made from the legal seller operating this website.

  1. Use of This Website

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the site, products, services, images, content, or information for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.

You must not attempt to interfere with the security, function, operation, or availability of this website.

  1. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, dimensions, weights, hydraulic requirements, compatibility information, pricing, and availability. However, product information may contain errors, omissions, manufacturer changes, typographical mistakes, or other inaccuracies.

Photos may show optional equipment, previous versions, manufacturer images, similar models, or accessories that may not be included unless specifically stated in the product listing. Colors, decals, guards, hoses, fittings, couplers, and other details may vary.

LandTuff™ reserves the right to correct errors, update product information, change pricing, revise descriptions, or cancel orders affected by inaccurate information.

  1. Fitment and Compatibility

The buyer is solely responsible for confirming that any attachment, part, accessory, or equipment item is compatible with the buyer’s machine and intended use before purchase.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Skid steer quick attach compatibility;
hydraulic flow requirements;
hydraulic pressure requirements;
case drain requirements, if applicable;
hydraulic coupler size and style;
electrical requirements, if applicable;
machine lift capacity;
operating weight limits;
attachment size and clearance;
carrier machine condition; and
intended application.

LandTuff™ may provide available specifications or general guidance, but final fitment and compatibility are the buyer’s responsibility.

  1. Hydraulic Equipment Warning

Many LandTuff™ products are hydraulic attachments or are used with hydraulic equipment. Hydraulic systems operate under high pressure and can cause serious injury, equipment damage, or death if improperly connected, operated, maintained, or repaired.

The buyer is responsible for proper installation, connection, operation, inspection, maintenance, and safe use. Equipment should only be operated by trained and qualified individuals using appropriate safety precautions and personal protective equipment.

  1. Pricing and Availability

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted and fulfilled. If an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, incorrectly described, or otherwise unable to be fulfilled, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.

  1. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, shipping restrictions, incorrect customer information, payment issues, or other business reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

  1. Freight Shipping

Many LandTuff™ products ship by LTL freight. Freight deliveries are different from small parcel deliveries and may require commercial delivery access, forklift unloading, dock access, appointment scheduling, or other delivery coordination.

The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and identifying any residential, farm, limited-access, liftgate, inside delivery, restricted-access, or other special delivery requirements before shipment.

Additional freight charges may apply for residential delivery, liftgate service, limited-access locations, re-delivery, detention, storage, address correction, missed appointments, or other carrier accessorial charges.

The buyer is responsible for inspecting freight shipments at delivery and noting visible damage, missing items, broken pallets, torn packaging, bent components, or signs of mishandling on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.

  1. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage passes according to the applicable shipping terms and carrier handling process. For freight shipments, failure to inspect the shipment and note damage at delivery may limit or eliminate the ability to file a successful freight claim.

  1. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to that policy.

Heavy equipment, skid steer attachments, hydraulic products, parts, and freight-shipped items may be subject to special return limitations. Installed, connected, used, modified, damaged, incomplete, or contaminated items may not be eligible for return or may be subject to refund reduction or denial.

  1. Warranty and Support

Warranty coverage, if any, is limited to the written warranty terms provided with the product or stated on the applicable product page.

LandTuff™ does not warrant that a product is suitable for every machine, every application, every soil condition, every hydraulic system, or every intended use. Buyer is responsible for proper selection, installation, operation, maintenance, and safe use.

Warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, improper connection, inadequate hydraulic flow, excessive hydraulic pressure, contaminated hydraulic oil, lack of maintenance, unauthorized modification, impact damage, normal wear, wear parts, improper storage, or damage caused by the carrier, buyer, operator, or third party.

  1. Replacement Parts

Replacement parts may be available for certain LandTuff™ products. Availability, pricing, compatibility, and lead times are not guaranteed. The buyer is responsible for confirming that any replacement part ordered is correct for the buyer’s equipment.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LandTuff™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or economic damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, downtime, rental costs, labor costs, crop loss, property damage, machine damage, missed deadlines, or loss of business opportunity.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid by the buyer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
